Cookies Policy

1. What this page covers
This page explains how cookies and similar storage technologies are used on the Fleetlix marketing website (fleetlix.app). It complements our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and (less benignly) to track people across sites for advertising. Under UK law — the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as supplemented by UK GDPR — non-essential cookies require your consent. Strictly necessary cookies, used to deliver a service you have asked for, do not.
3. Cookies used on this website
Fleetlix sets no first-party cookies on this marketing site. We do not use analytics, marketing, advertising, or behavioural-tracking cookies of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no advertising network, and no third-party widgets that would set their own cookies.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site security and bot management when their protection services are active:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Distinguishes humans from bots to protect the site against malicious automated traffic. Strictly necessary; not used for tracking or advertising. | 30 minutes |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Records that a visitor has successfully passed a Cloudflare security challenge, so they aren't repeatedly challenged. Strictly necessary. | Up to 1 year |
Cloudflare's full list of cookies and their privacy practices is documented at developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies.
4. Why we don't show a cookie banner
UK law (PECR) only requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Because this site uses no analytics, no marketing or advertising cookies, and no other non-essential storage, there is nothing to ask consent for. If that changes — for example, if we add product analytics in future — we will introduce a proper consent mechanism and update this page before the cookies are set.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working as intended — for example, you may be repeatedly shown a security challenge. Instructions for the major browsers:
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent revision.
